The City of Hammond recently completed the first phase of three phases of the Downtown Hammond Plan:
Featuring new planters, bicycle racks, lighting, brick paved crosswalks, resurfacing along Hohman Avenue & side streets, new multi-use facility & parking lot, welcome sign to Downtown Hammond.
The Downtown Hammond Plan begins at Sibley & Hohman and extends to Harrison Park/Waltham & Hohman Avenue.
